Rusty has been the leader successful partners want. His teams own or have owned over 5,000,000 square feet of retail and office properties, hundreds of residential lots developed, and large land assemblages - in Oklahoma, Florida, Texas, Colorado and other markets. Partnerships also have included completion of broken developments obtained through note purchases. Additionally, Rusty has developed over 25 Advance Auto Parts buildings in Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma.
A former state certified general appraiser and real estate witness approved in U.S. District Court, Rusty is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He holds a Finance degree from the University of Utah.
Kathryn D. Richardson

Kathryn Richardson works in what she calls a small real estate development community, where everybody knows each other - and a trusted broker’s reputation sells her abilities.
Kathryn is a pioneer in real estate development, investment and management. She founded Richardson Commercial Properties in 2017 after earning over two decades’ experience in commercial real estate development, construction and finance with KBI Solutions, Coldwell Banker Commercial, PetSmart Corporate and as an independent commercial real estate analyst.
Kathryn received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from Arizona State University (Magna Cum Laude).
